Beef Stock Cube
Step One: Chop up the Onion and add to the slow cooker along with water and beef stock cube.
Step Two: Dice the Mince Meat add add to the slow cooker, allow to cook for 1 Hour or until Meat is Brown.
Step Three: Chop up the Potatoes, peel and chop the Carrots add them to the slow cooker and stir every thing together. Leave to cook for 3 Hours.
Step Four: Add the gravy granules until the water becomes a thick gravy, you can make the gravy as think as you like. Add Salt and Pepper.
Step Five: Prepare the pastry, I use ready made pastry because it saves time and I often make this meal in the week, however you can make your own pastry if you prefer.
Step Six: Scoop the pie filling in to your chosen dish and place the pastry on top, score the pastry to allow the steam to escape. Egg wash and place in the oven, cook according to your pastry shop instructions.
Step Seven: Serve Hot or Cold.
